Navera Brampton: Questions and Answers

Navera at Mayfield Village is at Countryside Drive and Torbram Road in northeast Brampton, Ontario. The area is known as Mayfield Village, a newer master-planned community north of Sandalwood Parkway and south of Mayfield Road.

Navera is being built by DiGreen Homes, an Ontario builder with several communities in the same part of Brampton, including Countryside Fields and Torbram Countryside Crossing.

Navera is a detached-home community. DiGreen Homes has announced two series, on 38-foot and 41-foot lots. Model names, square footage and bedroom counts have not been published yet.

DiGreen Homes has announced a starting price of $999,999 for Navera. The full price list by model and lot has not been released publicly. Prices are set by the builder and can change.

The builder has said Navera is coming in fall 2026. An exact sales date has not been published. Buyers who register receive the release information as soon as it is available.
