Where is Navera?

Navera is at Countryside Drive and Torbram Road in northeast Brampton, postal code area L6R. The neighbourhood is Mayfield Village, a newer community that sits north of Sandalwood Parkway and south of Mayfield Road, between Bramalea Road and Airport Road.

Getting around

Highway 410 is a short drive west, with interchanges at Sandalwood Parkway and Mayfield Road, and connects to Highway 407, Highway 401 and Mississauga. Brampton Transit and Züm rapid transit run along the main corridors, and Bramalea GO Station on the Kitchener line is to the south for trips into Toronto. The province's planned Highway 413 is proposed to run to the north.

Parks and trails

Sesquicentennial Park, with its sports fields and splash pad, is close by. The Chinguacousy Trail system and Torbram Sandalwood Community Park add walking and cycling routes, and the newer subdivisions around Countryside Drive have their own ponds and playgrounds.

Shopping and daily needs

Trinity Common Mall at Highway 410 and Bovaird Drive, SmartCentres Brampton Northeast and Bramalea City Centre cover most errands. There are also grocery stores, restaurants and services in the plazas along Airport Road, Bramalea Road, Torbram Road and Bovaird Drive.

Schools

The area is served by the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, with public and Catholic elementary and secondary schools nearby, French immersion programs and private options. School boundaries change, so confirm the assigned schools for a specific lot with the school boards before you buy.

Health and recreation

Brampton Civic Hospital is a short drive south. Save Max Sports Centre is a large indoor sports facility open year-round.
