Navera is at Countryside Drive and Torbram Road in Mayfield Village, in northeast Brampton. If you are moving from elsewhere in the GTA, this is what the area is like day to day.
Mayfield Village is a newer master-planned community in northeast Brampton, in the L6R postal code area. It sits north of Sandalwood Parkway and south of Mayfield Road, between Bramalea Road and Airport Road. Mayfield Road is the boundary with the Town of Caledon.
Most of the housing is from the last fifteen years or so: detached homes, semis and townhomes on a grid of residential streets with parks, ponds and school sites planned in.
Most households here drive for daily errands and commuting. Try the trip to work at the hour you would actually travel before you commit.
Sesquicentennial Park has sports fields and a splash pad. The Chinguacousy Trail system and Torbram Sandalwood Community Park add walking and cycling routes. Save Max Sports Centre is a large indoor sports facility that is open all year.
Trinity Common Mall at Highway 410 and Bovaird Drive, SmartCentres Brampton Northeast and Bramalea City Centre cover most shopping. Grocery stores, restaurants, banks and medical offices are in the plazas along Airport Road, Bramalea Road, Torbram Road and Bovaird Drive. Brampton Civic Hospital is a short drive south.
The area is served by the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. The builder's information for Navera lists 23 public schools and 8 Catholic schools in the surrounding area. Mayfield Secondary School is to the west of the site.
School boundaries change as new homes are built, and a newer school can be full. Confirm the assigned schools for a specific address with the boards before you buy.
DiGreen Homes has built in this part of Brampton before, including Countryside Fields and Torbram Countryside Crossing. Seeing a builder's finished streets is one of the better ways to judge what Navera will look like.

Highway 410 is a short drive west, with interchanges at Sandalwood Parkway and Mayfield Road, and connects to Highways 407 and 401. Bramalea GO Station on the Kitchener line is to the south, and Brampton Transit and Züm serve the main corridors.
