Navera is a release of 38 detached homes. With a release that small, the buyers who see the price list first choose from every lot. Platinum Access is how you get on that first list.

In Ontario pre-construction, "platinum access" is the early stage of a launch. Before a builder opens sales to the public, it releases the price list, floor plans and available lots to brokers and their registered clients. Buyers on those lists book appointments first.
Navera Platinum Access is the early-access list run by the brokerage that operates this site. When you register, you are on our list for Navera, and you hear from us as soon as DiGreen Homes releases information to brokers.
None of this has been published yet. DiGreen Homes has announced a starting price of $999,999 and a fall 2026 launch, and says registered buyers get priority access before the public release.
